Speaker: Opening its doors in 1985, Hospice of Davidson County provides expert end of life care to our community. The Hinkle Hospice House is a 12-bed and patient care center offering 24-hour pain management and specialized medical care. Each patient room is equipped with a sofa that transitions into a bed for family members, a full bath, and Wi-Fi access. The Hinkle Hospice House also offers multiple spaces for patients and families to gather. Our family rooms are equipped with kitchens so that families and visitors may prepare meals.
The meditation room is designed to be spiritually supportive for patients and families of all faiths. Our sun rooms and by extension our screened in porches are designed as a place to relax and visit. To help our patients and families feel at home we offer multiple amenities at the Hinkle Hospice House, including a full commercial kitchen. Our staff prepares daily three home-cooked meals for patients and families. Our lush Serenity Garden offers a variety of features for families and visitors to walk through and enjoy a time of peace and reflection.
