Keeping the Communities We Serve Connected

Hosted by Cole Warner, and joined by co-host Emmalee Thomas, the Community Connections podcast provides resources, education, and insights for those dealing with life-limiting illnesses and their caregivers and loved ones.

Cole and Emmalee connect listeners to useful information regarding end-of-life preparation and care, grief services, and community involvement. Topics range from providing education on Hospice care and our community partners to medical and emotional advocacy and general information about the communities we serve. Guests include local healthcare experts, Hospice of Davidson County staff, community advocates and more.
